Can I foster if I’m LGBT?

Will my sexual orientation or gender identity prevent me from fostering?

Your sexual orientation and/ or gender identity will not prevent you from fostering. However you identity, as long as you can provide a safe, warm and nurturing environment for a child then fostering might be for you. We are proud of all our foster carers however they identity. Whether you are trans, non-binary (or however else you identity) as long as you can provide a loving, safe and supportive home then fostering might be for you. Check out the video below for more.
